Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
