Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the product in its original box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.

Receive Refund or Replacement
